**As of June 6th 2025, the project was awarded to JK of Michigan, LLC, with an awarded amount of $51,785.39.** Reference Number 0000385852 WWTP Intermediate Pump Replacement includes demolish existing pumps (3) in entirety along with existing seal water plumbing. Demolish existing electrical connections. Provide new pipe and fittings as necessary for installation of OWNER provided new equipment per Option 1 Plan on drawing. Install new equipment per manufacturers specifications. Terminate new equipment electrical connections and test. The new equipment will no longer require seal water. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the City of Sturgis and any Bidder or Bidders. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids.
