Site work and renovation of a civil project in Millport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The project includes development of a secondary water supply well with associated piping into the existing wellhouse, wellhouse building addition, full roof replacement of existing ACM roofing materials, chlorine piping improvements, and electrical and HVAC improvements. The project also includes existing water storage tank improvements, water system controls and telemetry improvements, and residential meter upgrades. Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Contract No. Description of Contract 1 General Construction- Well Improvements 2 Electrical Construction- Tank Improvements 3 Supply and Installation of Water Meters This project is jointly funded by the New York State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation's Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIA) grant. The DWSRF is administered by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation with its partner the New York State Department of Health. This project shall also adhere to all Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) requirements. Minority and Women Owned Business Participation Goals The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established at: Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 10 % Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 10 % (Municipality to calibrate in accordance with overall requirement for project of 20%) Village of Millport is an Equal Opportunity employer. The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may, at their discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does this represent that the Owner will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) after the actual date of the opening, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
