Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to visit the sites. The Base Bid will include all labor, equipment, mobilization, installation, cleanup and miscellaneous costs, as indicated in these Specifications for trench excavation and backfill, installation of new watermains and service laterals, including tracer wire and test stations, fire hydrants and sanitary sewer manholes as shown on the contract drawings and described in the specifications. Purchase of all water main and lateral materials, fire hydrants, manholes, frames & covers, pipe bedding and backfill materials and restoration will be provided by the City of Oneonta.
