The State University Construction Fund (the Fund) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for an approximately 13,300 sf. new building to house the Campus Police and Emergency Services. The work will involve construction cost estimates, value engineering, limited hazardous materials survey & testing, site survey & utility locations, LEED Silver documentation and submission, SWPP and SEQRA preparation, geotechnical investigation and testing, hydrant flow testing, and new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and elevator systems.. The estimated construction value of this project is $7.0 M.
