Reference Number 0000388815 Scope:- Replacement of an existing multi-wythe CMU retaining wall and miscellaneous replacement of sidewalk, railing, curb, etc. Construction of a new metal exterior stair and all appurtenances at the waste water treatment facility in the City of Oneonta. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the openings of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigate the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informality in the Bidding. 1. Substantial Completion: October 3, 2025. 2. Final Completion: October 17, 2025.
