Project consists of the demolition of Buildings 38, 49, 50, 56, 57, 58, and 86 at St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center (SLPC) located at 1 Chimney Point Drive in the City of Ogdensburg, New York. Hazardous materials removals, mainly asbestos and lead, are involved will be handled as part of the demolition project. Associated utilities are to be disconnected, and foundations backfilled.
