Riverview CF is soliciting for Electrical Switchgear Testing on facility grounds at 1110 Tibbits Drive Ogdensburg NY 13669. The facility is powered via one (1) incoming 13.2kV Utility electrical service. The incoming switchboard consists of (6) Eaton VCP-T25 vacuum circuit breakers. Protection is provided via (3) Basler BE1-951 protective relays, (2) Schweitzer SEL-751 protection relays, and (1) Basler BE1-CDS protection relay. Backup Power is provided by (1) 13.2kV generator. The generator switchboard consists of (1) 13.2kV Eaton VCP-T25 vacuum circuit breaker. Protective relays consist of (1) Basler BE1-951 relay. There are two (2) Battery Systems: 48V Battery System: (4) 12V Deep Cycle 24V Battery System: (4) 24V Cat (19) Pad mounted switchgear. All equipment is to be serviced using this listed scope of work. Contractor to provide generators and connect to critical buildings to maintain power during service, may have to be done during off hours. To be coordinated by the facility. Install UL listed Infra-Red windows in the incoming switchgear cabinets. All work must be bid using prevailing wage rate. Contract term: 1 year Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% The State reserves the right to reject an obviously unbalanced bid or to make "NO AWARD" on individual listings or sub-items if individual bid prices are deemed to be unbalanced or excessive or if an error in the solicitation becomes evident. In such case, ranking and evaluation of bids may be made on remaining items. Award would be made on the remaining items. The determination of an unbalanced bid shall be at the sole discretion of the State. Options contained in this paragraph shall also be at the State's sole discretion.
