Site work for a water / sewer project in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Prospective Bidders may request clarifications of the bidding documents at other times from the Architect by sending their written questions Anastasia Thomas, AIA at 315.268.1338 or Emailing to athomas@labellapc.com no later than three days prior to bid due date. Owner may release addendums up to two days prior to the bid due date, with the exception of an addendum changing the bid due date. Ogdensburg Housing Authority reserves the right to consider all bids for a period of not to exceed forty-five (45) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, during which period bids shall not be withdrawn, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, and to award the Contract in the Owners best interest. The date of substantial completion for the work shall be no later than 120 days after contract award. A penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day may be assessed for late substantial completion. Install new NFPA 13 certified wet sprinkler system upgrades in existing trash chutes at floor levels indicated. Work is in (3) three separate buildings and shall be priced together. Work shall also include zone valves tied to existing fire alarm systems.
