Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Panama City Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
**As of November 17, 2025, the project was awarded to MAINLINE CONSTRUCTION, LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,048,550.72.** This project includes the reconstruction of the Firenzo Parking Lot. The project consists of the removal of the existing building and parking lot, reconstruction of asphalt parking lot, stormwater management facility, landscaping, irrigation, and fencing. Included is the integration of electronic locks and gates into existing City IT infrastructure. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. A PERFORMANCE BOND and a PAYMENT BOND each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
