This project includes sidewalk construction from the intersection of Panama City Beach Parkway (HWY 98) and Nautilus Street to the existing sidewalk at Surfside Middle School. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. This is a Federally Aided project with LAP requirements. BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing by 12:00 PM CDT, NOON on Friday, July 25th, 2025. If necessary, questions will be answered as ADDENDA and will be issued to the Contract Documents and posted on the City's website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to determine if any addenda have been issued. Each bidder must comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of contractors doing business in Florida All bidders shall be certified in the following FDOT work classes: 1. Concrete 2. Grading 3.
