Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The scope of work includes renovation of the Learning Resource Center Auditorium and Reception Lobby. Work includes demolition, repairs and reconstruction of the floor, ceiling, walls, stage platform, lighting, audiovisual, seating, acoustics and graphics. Existing space to be renovated is approximately 4,400 square feet. The project will enhance the learning and engagement environment for students, faculty, staff and the community with the implementation of modern technology, enhanced comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.
