Site work and paving for a civil project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: o Removal and replacement of approximately 16 LF of damaged 60" Diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) o Installation of concrete collar between existing and replaced pipe and mortar grouting of internal joint o Temporary bypass pumping o Filling, grading, seeding, cleaning and restoring all disturbed areas including but not limited to asphalt and concrete pavement restoration o Traffic control Plan and ROW permits. Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143-128.2 et seq. and 143-131, and in accordance with City policy, the City of Raleigh encourages and provides equal opportunity for certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) businesses to participate in all aspects of the City's contracting and procurement programs to include: Professional Services, Goods and Other Services, and Construction. The prime contractor will be required to identify participation of MWBE businesses in their proposal and demonstrate how that participation will be achieved.
