Description: The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of reconstructing the White Lake Boat Landing and constructing a new boat parking lot area within the Village of White Lake. The work includes construction of a new pre-cast multi panel boat ramp, replacement of the existing dock system, dewatering, unclassified excavation, aggregate base course, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and turf restoration. 1 EA. Rip-Rap 1,700 S.Y. 9 Inch Thick Crushed Aggregate Base Course, 1 1/4 Inch 1,700 S.Y Asphaltic Concrete Pavement 1,750 L.F. Pavement Markings 1 L.S. Turf Restoration The work is anticipated to begin after the Fourth of July weekend. The anticipated substantial completion is October 15th, 2025 and final completion is October 31st , 2025 . No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
