Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Willow Lakes Parking Lot Project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and incidental items necessary to complete the construction of a new asphalt parking lot at Willow Lakes Park. The work involves earthwork, grading, construction of asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway aprons, as well as the installation of pavement markings, signage, and wheel stops. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Town of Fuquay-Varina standards and specifications, and where applicable, the 2024 NCDOT Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures. Any items not specifically quantified in the bid schedule shall be considered incidental to the contract. Deadline for question submittal will be June 10, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Final addendum will be posted to online and IPS by 5:00 pm on June 11, 2025. The Contractors submitting a bid for this project must possess the proper license classification to perform the Work elements contained in the specifications in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes; and if selected, provide a copy of their active license to the Owner. A Bid Security is not required for this bid proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any and all bids.
