Site work and paving for a civil project in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Fuquay-Varina is seeking sealed bids for the BL-0092 Alston Ridge Greenway Project. The project includes the construction of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 10-foot-wide greenway trail consisting of asphalt path and boardwalk sections. The trail will connect the existing Basil Creek Trail on the east side of NC-55 within the Alston Ridge Subdivision to the existing greenway segment of the Bass Lake Trail in Holly Springs to the north. Work includes grading, drainage, boardwalk construction, paving, signage, and pavement markings. The completion date for this contract is November 30, 2026. FEDERAL AID NO.: 5078131 The liquidated damages for this contract are Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per calendar day. These liquidated damages will not be cumulative with any liquidated damages which may become chargeable under Intermediate Contract Time Number 1.
