The project will eliminate safety hazards created by two dilapidated structures, provide landscaping for Bascom business district and provide facade improvements for three local businesses. The project Scope of work includes: 1. (1) Demolition of the structure located at 5004 Basswood Road (Grant Store), abandon well (if applicable) with removal and disposal of all debris and other features around the structure as pictured. 2. (2) Demolition of the structure located at Parcel #15-6N-09-0000-0120-0000 (Bevis Store), properly abandon well (if applicable) with removal and disposal of all debris and other features around the structure as pictured. 3. Design-Build Landscape within the commercial district within Town of Bascom. 4. Design-Build Construction improvements for three private business within the Town's commercial district a. Business #1 Mary's Daycare, 4995 Basswood Road - Entry Access, Signage, and Fencing. b.
