A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The remodel of a 1,600 SF area on the second floor of the Edminster Student Union Building to create the American Indian Student Center. The work includes demolishing walls, removing plumbing fixtures and associated plumbing, and replacing ceilings, lighting, and mechanical fixtures. The space will be updated with upgraded finishes and transformed into an open, flexible layout designed to enhance the student experience. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
