Site work for a water / sewer project in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
From qualified engineering firms licensed in Idaho to provide Professional Engineering Work and Services in assisting the Wastewater Department (WW) with their Tertiary Membrane Filtration (TMF) Expansion Project Phase5C.3A. Only proposals from firms that meet the minimum qualifications contained within the Request for Proposal (RFP) packet will be considered. S The services encompassed under this RFP are for engineering services, including but not limited to: Project Management & Administration Regulatory, Permits & Approvals Preliminary & Final Design Services/PER Update Contract Documents, Plans & Specifications Construction Bidding Services Construction Management Services Commissioning & Project Close out This project will populate the previously constructed and empty membrane tank (Train #6) with a complete submerged tertiary membrane filtration package and related equipment that is operationally equivalent or matches the existing TMF system. Integration of new controls to the existing facility's SCADA and PLC network will be by the Citys Integrator Consultant. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
