Site work for a water / sewer project in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Direct any questions regarding this Notice to the Water Department at 208-769- 2210. An Idaho Public Works Contractor License is required to bid on and complete this work. All bids shall include security in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount in the form of: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified in Idaho, b) Certified or Cashier's Check payable to the City, or c) Cash. The scope of this project includes: remove pump, inspect well, and rehab or replace pump bowls, shafts, spider bearing bushings, and other applicable worn parts. All bids must be based on the Bidder's Instructions and Specifications, and the descriptions and additional data sheets provided in the Technical Provisions. Data sheets will be provided as technical references for materials and equipment to be provided under this bid. The City, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, notifies all bidders that it will ensure disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are not applicable. The City may reject any or all proposals.
