Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of October 31, 2025, this project had no bids and there are no plans to rebid in the future. For further assistance, please call (208) 664-9382. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. A Bid shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title, name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents. If the Bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope plainly marked on the outside with the notation “BID ENCLOSED”. Bids delivered by facsimile machine, email, or other electronic means will not be accepted. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held Wednesday, 24th of September at 10:00 am at 3820 N Ramsey Rd, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to BID on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidder's security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid and all add alternates, made payable to OWNER: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho, b) Certified Check, c) Cashier's Check, or d) Cash. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
