Maintenance and upgrade services are required for the ammonia refrigeration system at Coeur dAlene Nursery, originally installed in 2003 and operational since 2004. The contractor must install, connect, and test the latest Logix System control software and associated hardware, replacing outdated components. Six Hansen pressure relief valves must be replaced two each on the high-pressure receiver, low-pressure receiver, and thermosyphon relief valves. Plumbing corrections are needed for two relief valves due to improper installation, followed by a relief valve survey and reporting. Cooler 11 requires repair or replacement of failed components including two electric coolant actuators, one three-way valve, one fan motor, and one defrost valve. Additionally, the contractor must diagnose and repair or replace failing liquid feed solenoids throughout the system, estimated at one to three units. All replacements must be tested for seal integrity and operational compliance with industry standards. The contractor is responsible for assessing the system, procuring parts, and ensuring full functionality.
