Request for Proposal Professional Engineering Services for The Wastewater Collection System Annual Capital Improvement The Project is to Assist the Wastewater Utility With the Design, Oversight and Construction of Capital Improvement Rehabilitation/replacement Projects (Cip) to the City's Wastewater Collection System for a Term of 5 (Five) Years. The City, in Accordance With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 Us.c. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, Notifies All Bidders That Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full and Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, Sex, or National Origin. Firms Will Be Responsible for All Costs (Including Site Visits, if Any) Incurred in Responding to This Rfp. The Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Proposals.
