The City of Coeur d'Alene is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for updating the City's 2018 Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (AWTF) Facility Plan. The scope includes facility assessment and evaluation, identifying and prioritizing improvements, recommending emerging treatment technologies, system and operational optimization, infrastructure planning and support, and regulatory compliance review. Sealed qualification statements must be received by the specified deadline and location. Late, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Submissions should be labeled accordingly.
