All price quotes must be entered on the attached Schedule A. The signed Schedule A must be submitted with your response. No more than one award will be made. A vendor MUST provide a price for each respective line to be considered for a purchase award. The submitting Vendor agrees that its Quotation shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing date, unless otherwise identified in the Solicitation. No Quotation will be accepted if marked "price prevailing at time of delivery," "estimated prices," "actual costs to be billed," or similar phrases. After the date and time of closing, no price change will be allowed, unless otherwise stated in the Solicitation. IDL may award Purchase Order(s) in its best interest to the qualified Supplier submitting the lowest responsible and responsive quote, either by line item or in whole. IDL shall award the Purchase Order to the qualified Supplier submitting the lowest responsible and responsive quote. Specifications for tanks have been stated in the Schedule A. THESE ARE EXACT PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS to ensure consistency in inventory/deployment.
