The purpose of this Weighted Invitation to Bid is to solicit sealed bids for the efficient completion of the IDL Fire Camera Detection and Hosting work as outlined in the scope of work and contract documents. Submitted bids must include Schedule A-2 Evaluation Questionnaire with all required information. Bids must be entered using Schedule A, with either electronic or hand entry of the total hourly rate, and must be signed and submitted with Schedule A-1 & A-2. All bids must be in U.S. Dollars. No bids will be accepted with terms such as "price prevailing at time of delivery," "estimated prices," or "actual costs to be billed." No price changes will be allowed after the bid closing date and time. Sealed bids must be received at the Idaho Department of Lands at the specified address before the deadline. The Department is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or late bids due to mail or electronic submission failures. Fax bids are not accepted. Bids submitted using courier services must be in a separate sealed inner envelope, properly identified and enclosed inside the courier shipping envelope. Inquiries shall be in writing and shall reference the appropriate section and paragraph number. Verbal questions will not be accepted.
