Site work for a water / sewer project in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of construction of a new valve vault and associated yard piping, new electrical and controls, and open trench sanitary sewer realignment of inlet piping, including surface repair and other associated work. All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "Mill River Lift Station Upgrades Bid" and must contain security in an amount equal to 5% of the bid amount in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond executed by a qualified Idaho Surety Company, all payable to the City. Bids will be subject to acceptance for thirty-five days after the opening. All business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are not applicable. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The project generally consists of construction of new valve vault and associated yard piping, new electrical and controls, and open trench sanitary sewer realignment of inlet piping, including surface repair and other associated work.
