Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

All interested individuals are welcome to attend. The project includes the following work: Base Bid: Construction of new foundation, excavation, grading, water and sewer services, coordinating with the electrician, fiber/phone, and modular building mover consultants contracted separately, paved driveway and parking lot, gravel transitions, drainage swales, signing and striping, parking bumpers, pedestrian ramps, ADA access ramp, stairs, handrail, and sidewalk and concrete pads/landings. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions. A Bid shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title, name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents. If the Bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope plainly marked on the outside with the notation BID ENCLOSED. Bids delivered by facsimile machine, email, or other electronic means will not be accepted. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to BID on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidder's security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid and all add alternates, made payable to OWNER: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho, b) Certified Check, c) Cashier's Check, or d) Cash.
