Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Akwesasne, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
SRMT is requesting proposals from Qualified Contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, plant, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to construct a new deep-water boat launch on an existing undeveloped site off Library Road, Akwesasne, NY with frontage on the Raquette River. Related improvements include a floating dock and fishing pier systems, an elevated boardwalk, utilities, grading, drainage and erosion control measures, landscaping improvements, gravel and asphalt parking areas along with approximately 700 gravel access roadway, all more particularly identified in the Proposal Documents. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates, Proposal/Bid and Contract Security are mandatory requirements of this call. All questions should be submitted no later than June 20, 2025.
