Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/08 2:00:00 PM NDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The scope of work for the project consists of the replacement of the existing bridge / box culvert over the Petries River, on Petries Street in Corner Brook, NL. Works include but are not limited to the supply of all labour, plant and materials to complete the following: .1 .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 .7 Excavation, demolition and removal of the existing concrete bride / box culvert. Replacement of existing water and sewer infrastructure crossing beneath the stream. Supply and placement of a new 14m x 8m x 1.5m concrete box culvert including footings and headwalls. Footing and culvert to be design by a Professional engineer licensed to practice in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Installation of new traffic barrier railing. Installation of new cast-in-place concrete wingwalls including railings as per drawings. Placement of new granular materials and asphalt to reinstate the roadway. Reinstatement of all disturbed municipal infrastructure, including, curb and gutter, sidewalks, asphalt, topsoil and sod.
