Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brownsville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000389458 Construction proposed involves approximately 7,000 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer with 30 manholes and 110 sewer laterals. Also included is a new lift station (8-foot diameter wet well) and approximately 1,800 linear feet of new 4-inch diameter HDPE force main. Project also includes the resurfacing and reconstruction of approximately 18,300 square yards of existing asphalt roadway. The project is generally located south of West Mallory Street, west of North Kirk Street, north of West Lee Street & east of Dominguez Street. Additional work tasks include reconstruction of driveways and sidewalks, landscape removal and replacement, repair of disturbed right-of-way areas, maintenance of traffic (MOT), as-builts and coordination of notices to residences and other ancillary items for a complete and operational system.
