Said guarantee shall be forfeited to the City in case the bidder depositing the same does not enter into a contract within 10 days after written notice that the contract has been awarded to him. At the time of contract execution, the Contractor shall provide proof of insurance as required in the contract and a surety bond for faithful performance of the specified work in an amount equal to at least one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
