Gage County Courthouse LED Lighting Project Gage County is taking sealed bids for changing out existing lighting with LED lighting in the offices, corridors, courtrooms, attic, and other areas of the County Courthouse located at 612 Grant St., Beatrice, NE. Replace Approximately 308 T-8 Fixtures With Led 2' X 4' Flat Panel Lights (Majority Are in Ceiling Tile Grid) Replace Approximately 161 Compact Fluorescent Can Lights With Led Can Lights, Varying in Size (4 to 8) & Bulb Count (1 or 2), All With Switchable White and Adjustable Lumens - note on Can Lights - Ceiling Thickness Varies, Some Are Single Layer of Drywall and Other Areas Might Be 1 3/4 or More. Courtroom Can Lights to Be Accessible From Attic. Convert 9 Existing Two-socket Compact Fluorescent Globe Fixtures to Led Bulbs (1st Floor Corridor) . Replace 9 Exit/emergency Lights With Led Lights, and 3 Emergency (Lights Only) in Attic Existing T8 Fixtures Used Phillips F32t8 Bulbs Existing 8 Can Lights Used 42w Compact Fluorescent Bulbs Existing 6" Can Lights Used 26w Compact Fluorescent Bulbs for a List of Full Specifications or for Any Questions The Gage County Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Reject Any and/or All Bids and Further Reserves the Right to Waive Any Technicalities.
