Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beatrice, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project is briefly described as follows: In general, to provide for Chautauqua Park Playground Improvements. 1. Supply playground per specifications. 2. CPSI Certified Playground Installation. 3. Shipping playground materials to the site. 4. Receive and offload equipment. 5. Storing and securing playground equipment will be the responsibility of the contractor. Liability pf playground equipment will be on the contractor. 6. Disposal of packing materials will be the responsibility of the contractor. 7. Site preparation will be needed; contractor will need to verify with a site visit to determine how much site work will be needed. 8. Contractor will be responsible for excavation of soil and hauling spoils off. 9. Site restoration as needed to restore disturbed areas. 10. Supply and installation of 4" of Pour and Place rubber surfacing. 11. Supply and installation of 4" of stone base under surfacing and drainage as needed. 12. Playground footprint will be no less than 85'x85'. 13. Installation of concrete border perimeter around play area. 6"x18" 14. Work will be completed by June 30, 2026; and 15. Other incidentals as indicated in the Contract Documents. Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2026 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A pre-bid conference will not be held.
