Project work consists of replacement of three existing water to air heat pumps currently serving the building. One new water to air heat pump will be added to serve the curator storage space with a humidifier. New heat piping, heat exchanger and pump will be added to separate the heat pumps from the well water. Minor ductwork and control modifications are also required. Electrical work will include powering the new heat pump, water pump, and connecting replaced equipment. Door seals to the doors in the curator storage space will be replaced to provide better environmental control of the space.
