Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Tawas City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Iosco County Road Commission (ICRC) is soliciting sealed bid proposals for a Contractor to furnish and construct a 60'x140' pole-constructed building to be used for Iosco County Road Commission equipment storage. The plans and specications cover all of the requirements Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as, ICRC POLE BUILDING. Bid Bonds and Payment & Performance Bonds will be required. Engineered drawings, specifications and bid form have been prepared by Russo Engineering, Inc. There will be no organized site visit The ICRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and make the award of a rm, xed-price contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in any manner deemed in the best interest of the ICRC. Construction is intended to commence as soon as practical after bid receipt and due diligence and then complete within a 90- day window .Regardless, the project must be completed by November 15, 2025. The Bid Form will be required to be used in the bid process, and it contains specics regarding insurance, bonding, etc
