The documents listed on the checklist are prerequisites and must be returned with the bid response, or prior to award as indicated. Enclosures must be originals, signed and notarized where required. Failure to return any form may be cause for disqualification. The right is reserved to waive any or all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids submitted and to make awards in the best interest of the Middlesex College. Bids must conform to the specifications and only responsive and responsible bids will be accepted. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bidders are also required by law (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock and must file a Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, as amended. Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids via certified mail or overnight delivery to obtain a confirmation of receipt. ) Hand-delivered bids must be brought to Chambers Hall, Room 140. The Purchasing Department is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bidders and the general public wishing to attend the bid opening virtually are required to contact purchasing@middlesexcc.edu to obtain a link to the teleconference which will have audio and visual capabilities
