As of August 7, 2025 Project has been awarded to M&M Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning LLC with awarded amount of $25,000 all vehicles, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision and labor necessary for pressure cleaning and restriping of the horizontal surfaces of the parking decks of floors 1-4, including ramps, elevator landings and a pedestrian breezeway, of the City’s parking garage at 105 SW 3rd St, Gainesville, FL 32601.
