Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wolf Point, Montana. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of July 24th, 2025, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of two schedules. Schedule One includes improvements at the City's Main Lift Station. The improvements at the Main Lift Station include upgrading the existing controls with level transmitters as the primary controls and floats as secondary controls; updating the ventilation system; installing a new backup generator; installing a new control panel; installing two, new electric trolleys and chain hoists; installing a gas monitor; removing and replacing all of the doors; installing a new tin roof; and modifications to the lifting equipment. Schedule Two includes improvements at the Birch Street Lift Station. The improvements at the Birch Street Lift Station include upgrading the existing controls with level transmitters as the primary controls and floats as secondary controls, installing a new electric trolley and chain hoist, installing a new control panel, removing and replacing the doors, installing a new tin roof, installing new motor starters, new alarms, upgrades to the ventilation system, and installing gas monitor. Funding for this project is from the EPA Clean Water Act managed by the Indian Health Service. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Great West Engineering no later than 5:00 PM local time on Question Deadline; 07/03/2025
