Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wolf Point, Montana. Working plans call for site work for a 2,400-square-foot, two-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of September 4th, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid.** This Project is entitled STORAGE FACILITIES PROJECT. The Project shall consist of one (1) contract for the following schedules of work The construction of two (2) detached Storage Buildings, including appurtenant site work, site utility services, vehicular and pedestrian access, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, interior construction and finishes, and such other items as may be necessary for complete, functional facilities. Questions received less than ten (10) business days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
