The RM of North Qu'Appelle No. 187 is requesting sealed tenders for the mixing of a cold mix pile using aggregate currently stockpiled at the RM gravel pit. The successful bidder will be responsible for the supply and blending of additives to produce approximately 40 tonnes (800 yards) of cold mix material that meets the RM's requirements for road maintenance. Scope of Work o Contractor to provide all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to mix the cold mix pile. o The RM will provide gravel meeting specification at its designated pit site. o Contractor is to provide the additive materials (e.g., emulsion or oil). o The final product must be a uniformly blended cold mix suitable for RM road patching and repair work. Estimated Quantities o Approximately 40 tonnes or 800 cubic yards of cold mix.
