The purpose of this amendment is to add as an Attachment Technical Exhibit MEP Safety Barrier and Fence for Areas 1, 2, and 3. As a result of this amendment, the closing date and time of the solicitation remains unchanged and is 11:00AM EDT, 11 August 2025. On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a construction requirement for the Supply and Installation of Concrete Barriers at AMSA #31 and Safety Fence in the MEP Lot at the Edgemont United States Army Reserve Center (USARC)/AMSA #31 located at 2101 Delchester Road, Newtown Square, PA. Please see attached Solicitation, Specification of Work, Davis Bacon Wage Determination, Construction Format Spreadsheet Cost Breakdown, and SF 1413 Form. All proposals shall be submitted no later than 11:00AM EDT, 11 August 2025.
