The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services at the Army Reserve Center located in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Services include general cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces, as well as floor care, trash removal, and replenishment of supplies. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all work meets performance standards and complies with applicable regulations and guidelines. Base Period (CLINs 0001 through 0006): 26 November 2025 through 25 November 2026 Questions and Amendments - All questions must be submitted via email to both the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than 8 September 2025 at 8:00 AM EDT.
