The installation and maintenance of hoarding, dust protection and construction signage around each phase of the work as described herein. The installation and maintenance of ventilation and exhaust systems into and out of the work area as described herein. Work to include a. Ful removal of al carpet tile flooring in halways of the complete 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th floor. (3rd floor has been completed previously, tile flooring by elevator lobby on each floor is N.I.C.) b. Complete floor preparation and floor leveling in the halways of the complete 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th floor. (3rd floor has been completed previously) c. Instalation of new LVP flooring in al areas which were previously carpet tiles d. Instalation of new 6" vinyl baseboard on al floors that received new LVP flooring. Repair/replace/restore all areas damaged by construction activity to a like new condition; specifically, the Contractor shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Owner. Final cleaning of site and the disposal all waste products and/or debris generated by the construction activity as well as any material present in the work area prior to the commencement of the Work. The areas requiring cleaning shall consist of all areas affected by the Work.
