The City seeks to identify a qualified company to provide custodial services to various City facilities. The City intends to engage one or more responsive and responsible Proposer(s) that are certified in Green Building Best Maintenance Practices for performing various Custodial Services. The City intends to use the Proposals submitted in response to this ITN to rank order the Proposers according to the requirements of the solicitation and to then initiate contract negotiations with the top ranked Proposer(s) as more particularly described in this ITN. It is the intent of the City to award a contract for an initial three (3) year term with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods for a potential total of five (5) years.
