Bidders are to deliver One (1) original copy and three (3) additional copies of the bid, in separate 3 ring binders, as indicated herein. In addition, bidders are to deliver two (2) CDs containing a complete scanned PDF copy of the original with signatures and all materials submitted in the bid. The City of Doral reserves the right to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City or to waive any informality in any submittal. The city may reject any or all bids and re-advertise. By way of this RFP, the City seeks a qualified General Contractor, Electrical contractor or Manufacture to develop a proposal to upgrade exterior lighting to LED Color Changing Fixtures providing a detailed specification proposal, and to execute the proposal by replacing and installing LED lighting at Doral Government Center with the specifications contained herein (the "Services"). If it becomes necessary to provide additional clarifying data or information that revises any part of this RFP, supplements or revisions will be made available via written addendum. Cut-off Date for Questions: June 27, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the conference and therefore forfeits all opportunities to bid on this project. During this conference all work will be discussed. The Procurement Division will respond to all questions submitted during the pre-bid conference by issuance of a written addendum to the RFP. There is a mandatory check-in process at the Government Center security front desk. Please allow yourself sufficient time for check-in, as doors will be locked, and pre-bid will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. Representative must be present in meeting room at commencement of meeting to be counted as on-time. The City reserves the right to delay or modify scheduled dates and will notify Bidders of all changes in scheduled dates.
