Site work and paving for a civil project in Lathrop, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project is located on Manthey Road from Stewart Road to Interstate 5 on/off ramps. The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to; grind and dispose existing pavement surface, install glass grid, 3" of new Hot Mix Asphalt overlay with shoulder backing, install new thermoplastic striping, construct a drainage swale, and perform all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Contract Plans and Specifications. The Contractor shall commence work under this Contract within 10 working days upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed from the City and shall fully complete all work within 30 working days after the Notice to Proceed DIR Registration. Bidder must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal, no exceptions. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder's Subcontractors' List shall be DIR Registered Contractors. If awarded the Contract for the Work, at all times during performance of the Work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors, of any tier, shall be a DIR Registered Contractors. Each Bid Proposal submitted to the City must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
