Questions Due Date: Jul 9th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Online Portal The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA), owner and operator of Harrisburg International Airport (HIA), is seeking proposals from qualified firms wishing to provide janitorial services at Harrisburg International Airport. SARAA reserves the right to accept any or all proposals, reject any/or all proposals, or make requests for new submissions as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. General Scope. The selected Respondent shall provide the Services, which are, the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, chemicals, and incidentals for complete janitorial services at the following locations on airport property: Harrisburg International Airport Main Terminal, Multi-Modal Transportation Facility to include all public access areas, stairways, doorways, outside entrances and sidewalks, restrooms, and taxi stand areas. The Respondent will be required to provide janitorial services at the Airport Maintenance and Fire Department (Building #513) and the Equipment Maintenance (Building # 514). It is the intent of this Scope of Work to describe the janitorial services the selected Respondent shall do. The selected Respondent shall comply with the detailed provisions herein and shall do all the Work provided for in this Scope of Work. The selected Respondent may also be requested to do extra and incidental tasks.
