Renovation of a mixed-use development in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
As of September 26, 2025, all bids have been rejected for this project and may rebid in the future. A. This work shall be done in strict accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by IKM Architecture for The Pennsylvania State University, Owner. B. All construction shown on the contract drawings and not expressly mentioned in the specifications and all work specified and not shown on the drawings, but obviously necessary to the proper execution of same, shall be performed by the Contractor, as it is not the intent to delineate or describe every detail and feature of work. No additions to the contract sum will be approved for any materials, equipment, and/or labor to perform work hereunder unless it can be clearly shown to be beyond the scope and intent of the drawings and specifications and absolutely essential to the proper prosecution of the work. C. Work under this contract consists of the complete construction work and includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, material, tools, and equipment necessary to complete all the work as shown on the contract drawings and as specified hereinafter. Renovate the former Childcare Building into the new Applied Behavioral Analysis Lab.
