Project Summary: The scope of work includes, but is notlimited to, the following: a. Replace one existing end-of-life 120-ton air-cooled chillerin kind. b. Replace two existing chilled water pumps with pumps as partof the chiller package. c. Replace existing associated chilled water piping and valvesas indicated. d. Replace the two existing hot water pumps to improveaccessibility. Replace existing associated hot water piping and valves asindicated. e. Add controls for the new replacement equipment that willinterface with the existing Carrier i-Vu control system. f. Replace the existing 80 kW generator with two newgenerators. Provide new automatic transfer switches and docking stations. g. Coordinate with the utility electric provider (AEP) torotate the existing utility transformer 90 degrees to allow workspaceclearance. h. Provide a new main service distribution panel. The building shall remain in operation during the day butcan be closed temporarily for power outages or equipment connections as allowedby the Owner.
