Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to the Contract Officer at precious.walters@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions by 11:00AM EST on June 26, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment (arrow boards, crash cushions, CMS, truck mounted attenuators, vehicles, etc.), tools, radios, cell phones, signs, sign stands, parts and materials, as necessary to perform temporary traffic control services including lane closures or shoulder closures, used in conjunction with work performed by various VDOT crews or other VDOT contractors. The Contractor shall coordinate the provided traffic control services on an "as needed" basis with the VDOT Contract Administrator or designee. Work shall be performed on various Interstate, Limited Access, Primary, and Secondary Routes as ordered by the VDOT Contract Administrator or designee. Except for "a la carte" deployments, the pre-planned deployments listed shall be complete and without additional undisclosed cost to VDOT. It is anticipated that no Temporary Traffic Control set-up, contained in this IFB, will be set in one location for a period that exceeds three (3) consecutive days. Therefore, no permanent signs will need to be erected.
